VICE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF DIRECTOR

Nathan Radabaugh, a Wichita, Kansas native, served seven years in the U.S. Navy as a Fleet Marine Force Hospital Corpsman.

During his service, he deployed as part of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, providing front-line medical support with the 3rd Battalion 8th Marines in Fallujah (2005) and Ramadi (2006). Nathan was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with a combat V for valor for his distinguished service.

After his military career, Nathan spent a decade in California, earning a degree from San Francisco State University and working in manufacturing startups. During this time, he focused on personal growth, particularly addressing the effects of PTSD.

Nathan now brings his leadership experience and passion for veteran advocacy to the Allegiance Project Foundation. He is committed to helping veterans transition successfully into civilian life by providing resources, education, and community support.

His unique perspective, combining military service, business acumen, and personal growth, makes him a valuable asset to the Allegiance Project Foundation's mission.

DIRECTOR OF SCHOOL SAFETY DEVELOPMENT

Steve Burris, retired as a Senior Special Agent from the US Secret Service after 22 years, with a total of 25 years in federal law enforcement.

As a one of the first Regional In-Service Training Program Managers, he was responsible for over 200 agents across 7 states, including Texas. Steve specialized in small detail, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, and control tactics training. With four years as an instructor at the Secret Service Academy and his background is protective intelligence, Steve oversees our school safety development.

Steve’s experience helps drive his passion for school safety, making him the ideal candidate for this role.

Rachel Saucedo brings 15 years of federal law enforcement experience as a Special Agent, where she honed her tactical expertise and learned to navigate the complexities of high-risk environments. Balancing a demanding career with being a devoted mother of seven, Rachel exemplifies the ability to excel in both her professional and personal life. Her deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by women and mothers in today's society shapes her approach to training and leadership. She is passionate about passing on essential skills for protecting families and effectively confronting criminal threats. As a business owner and highly skilled instructor with Sands Strategic LLC, Rachel has helped countless women gain the confidence and capability to defend their loved ones.

As a board member of Allegiance Project Foundation, Rachel is dedicated to empowering others to safeguard their families while facing real-world challenges with courage, confidence, and grace. Her heart for serving her community and her faith is evident in everything she does, and her commitment to veterans is deeply personal. Rachel is married to a 21-year U.S. Army veteran. This blend of professional expertise, family-centered perspective, and devotion to those who serve makes her a powerful advocate and leader within Allegiance Project Foundation.

Matthew Easter is a passionate advocate for both school safety and serving veterans. As the husband of a dedicated elementary school teacher, he was driven by his desire to provide a safe environment for his wife and the students she cares for. As founder of Allegiance Project Foundation, his dedication to this cause has grown into a mission to provide solutions for school safety, throughout the state of Texas.

In addition to Allegiance Project Foundation, Matthew formed Allegiance Project Security under the ownership of the nonprofit, allowing 100% of the security company’s profits to fund APF’s mission.

Allegiance Project Security’s primary objective is school and ministry safety, but also focuses on corporate, and executive protection. Since its inception, the company has grown to protect to schools, churches, and corporate buildings across the DFW metroplex.

With his goal to create affordable solutions for school safety, Matthew has launched one of the first organizations of it’s kind that helps schools, honors our Veterans, and serves as a sustainable model that others can use to protect children across the nation.

OWNER OF RESWAR TRAINING GROUP

Spencer is a medically retired United States Marine who faithfully served for 12 years with multiple combat deployments. He currently serves the security industry in multiple capacities including operations, executive protection, security assessments/seminars, and training. With over a thousand security details as a protector he has brought the excellence required for success to the training realm. During his tenure in the Marine Corps, he worked his way through the ranks teaching over 2000 hours marksmanship and tactics to all branches of the military, the intelligence community, and federal law enforcement agencies until he achieved the title of Master Instructor. Since then, he has held multiple positions with the Department of State where he was responsible for training agents and contractors for high-threat duty assignments, austere environments, complex missions, and security operations. He is certified to instruct Tactical Firearms(NRA, FLETA), High-Risk Environment Firearms (DSS), Active Shooter Response (RAIDER, DSS, CRASE), Close Quarters Battle- CQB (USMC, DSS), Civilian Marksmanship (NRA), Medical Response (HSI,FBI), Evasive and Security Driving (DSS,BSR), Defensive Tactics/Combatives (USMC, GST, Safariland), Instructor Level Classes (FLETA, USMC, DSS, NRA) and Multiple Security Disciplines (DHS, TX PSB, VA DCJS, Safariland, ASP, GST). Through diverse experience and dedication to excellence, he is committed to bringing unparalleled training to all levels.

FORMER LEWISVILLE SWAT COMMANDER

Tim began his law enforcement career with the Lewisville PD in 2008 and joined the SWAT team in 2009. From 2009 to 2023 Tim held many roles on the SWAT team such as Breacher, Breaching Team Leader, Shield Operator, SWAT Team Leader, and SWAT Commander. During his time with the SWAT team, Tims earned instructor certifications in manual, ballistic and shotgun breaching techniques, Tactical Shield Operations, and Firearms. Over the years Tim was involved in the panning and execution of hundreds of high-risk warrants and SWAT operations. Tim has worked closely, and in conjunction with other local law enforcement agencies as well as federal law enforcement. Tim is a TCOLE Certified Instructor and holds a Level III Classroom and Firearms Instructor License through the state of Texas. Tim left law enforcement in 2024 to pursue a corporate career as the Corporate Site Security Manager of a Fortune 500 company. Tim is responsible for all aspects of physical security as well as overseeing the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program. Tim continues to serve the community as well by working as a Reserve Police Officer for Whitesboro ISD PD and volunteering in his local church in Argle. Tim is passionate about helping others reach their goals and improve their skills.

OWNER OF AMERICAN WARRIOR COMBATIVES

Randy is a retired Navy SEAL veteran with 22 years of military experience and multiple combat deployments. In 2012, Randy was selected as the SEAL Team SEVEN, NSWG Group 1, and Naval Special Warfare Command SEAL/Sailor of the Year. Additionally, he served as the Leading Chief/Course and program manager for the Naval Special Warfare Combatives department for three years where he spearheaded the development of the current NSW combatives and combatives instructor programs, which is the pinnacle of what SEALs learn today in hand-to-hand combat. He is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blackbelt. Randy is a USCCA firearms instructor and Texas License to Carry Instructor. He is an NSW Range Safety Officer Instructor and Range Operations Safety Officer in Static & Dynamic Small Arms; Rockets & Standoff Weapons; Ground Mobility Fire & Maneuver; Close-Quarters Combat; and Explosive Breaching. Upon retiring from the SEAL Teams in 2016 Randy worked as firefighter for the City of San Diego for six years. During his time with SDFD he was part of several active shooter drills and developed the departments Combative Patient Program. In 2019, he was awarded Firefighter of the Year by Poway VFW.  In 2022 he left SDFD and started teaching at a Dallas based Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym as a professor, self-defense, and tactical instructor in 2022. In 2024, Randy reopened his tactical company, American Warrior Combatives teaching fulltime tactical shooting ranges and self-defense. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from National University.
